A new study published in the Journal of Clinical Rheumatology has determined that therapeutic use of a far-infrared sauna leads to reduced pain and stiffness that is associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis. In addition, the study found that the therapy was well tolerated by the patients, and did not lead to any exacerbation of disease symptoms.
We believe that far-infrared saunas have many therapeutic benefits; reducing arthritis symptoms is but one. If you or a loved one suffers from arthritis, they may find relief in our sauna.
If you’d like to read the entire study, you can find it here.
